1 Services we offer :

Maduber offer a number of services including Online meal ordering, Personal website, personal mobile app, delivery boy app, point of sale and other powerful tools in the Administrative Panel, for reporting, promotions and restaurant management.


Website access : Our website is open for everyone and registration just requires a few simple steps. It is for both, the customers and the restaurant owners. Some features of the website, can only accessed after a successful registration with Maduber.

Acceptance of terms: By accessing any part of the Website, you indicate that you accept these Website Terms. If you do not accept these Website Terms, you should leave the Website immediately, and you will not be able to order any Products through the Website.

Revision of terms : We have the authority to revise these Website Terms at any time. You should check the Website regularly to review the current Website Terms, because they are binding on you. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you place an Order through us.

Responsibility : You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your Internet connection are aware of these Website Terms and that they comply with them.

3 Capacity and age :

By placing an Order through the Website, you declare that :

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  • You are at least 18 years old.

4 Order Placement and Processing :

Once you have selected the Products you wish to order from the menu of your chosen Restaurant and provided the other required information, you will be given the opportunity to submit your Order by clicking or selecting the “Place Order" button. It is important that you check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking or selecting this button; once you do so we will start processing your Order and errors cannot be corrected.

Altering or Deleting your Order:Once you place an order it is received on the administrative panel of the restaurant, immediately. Now only restaurant can approve or disapprove your order and in case it is accepted then it is certain that order will be prepared and delivered to you. There is no cancelation of the order after the approval of the restaurant. Restaurant may confirm the order on phone as well, to prevent fraud.

Payment : Once the order is accepted you will be notified about the acceptance and also about the departure of the delivery boy. You will make the payment on arrive of the delivery boy.

Order Acceptance & Restaurant rejections : If you desired meal is not available to any reason, weather it is an internal reason i.e lack of the raw material or too much rush, or the external reason like bad weather, strikes etc., a restaurant has full authority to cancel your order and prolong the delivery time. Point to notice is that just by clicking the button “Place Order” does not bound us or the restaurant to deliver you your desired food. Decisions about acceptance or rejection will be made later and you will be informed about it through email, mobile messaging, or through the phone.

Delivery Time : Estimated times for deliveries and collections are provided by the Restaurants and are only estimates. Neither we nor the Restaurants guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.


VAT and delivery costs : Prices will be as quoted on the Website. These prices include VAT but may exclude delivery costs (if you go for delivery instead of collection. Delivery charges will be added to your bill and may vary from restaurant to restaurant. Tax will be applied where applicable.

VAT and delivery costs : This Website contains a large number of menus, some restaurants offer hundreds of dishes, so there is a possibility of an error. If the correct price for an Order is higher than the price stated on the Website, we will normally contact you before the relevant Order is dispatched. But if buy mistake you are overcharged then neither we nor the restaurant will be responsible for it. Though on moral grounds the restaurant may try to compensate for your loss.

Payment methods : The safest and most preferred method is cash payment and we only offer that in Pakistan for the convenience of people and the restaurants.


Live Chat : Customer care is extremely important to us. Our Customer Care team will therefore try to assist you where possible if you have any problems with your Order. For this purpose we have developed a chat box for the customers, through which they can chat with the restaurant’s concerned person, explain their problems and stay up to date.

Questions about your Order : If your Order is taking longer than expected or you have any other problems with your Order, you can contact restaurant in order to follow up on your query.

Changing or cancelling your Order : If you wish to change or cancel your Order after it has been submitted and payment has been authorized, you may contact the restaurant through the chat box or phone. However, there is no guarantee that the Restaurant will agree to cancel your order.

Complaints or feedback : Give your feedback on the facebook pages of the restaurant or through the chat box. Because it will remain save there and concerned people would read it, whether you are pleased or dissatisfied with the quality of any Products or the service provided by a Restaurant, or you enjoyed or disliked any feature of the website or mobile application, your comments are very important to us and the restaurants as well.

Compensation : If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any Products or the service provided by a Restaurant and wish to seek a refund, normally it is not practiced in Pakistan but If there is a genuine issue i.e. food quality was too low or way too late to arrive, in that case you can directly contact the restaurant and ask for a compensation. But you must consider that we provide services to the restaurants and we have no control over their sales return policy. So, in this case it will be only between you and the restaurant.


Terms of Legitimate use : Your permission is up to the level use the Website and print and download extracts from the Website for your own personal non-commercial use on the following basis:

  • You must not misuse the Website (do not try to hack or crack the code
  • Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Website and in material published on it (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our client restaurants. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world and all rights are reserved. For the purposes of these Website Terms, any use of extracts from the Website other than in accordance with paragraph is prohibited.
  • You must not try to alter the digital or paper copies of any materials that you print off in accordance and you must not use any pictures, photographs or any other graphics, video or audio sequences separately from any accompanying text.
  • You must ensure that our status as the author of the material on the Website is always acknowledged.
  • You are not allowed to use any of the materials on the Website or the Website itself for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from us to do so.

Limitation use only : Except as stated, the Website may not be used, and no part of the Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service, without our prior written permission.

Website availability : While we try to ensure the Website is normally available twenty four (24) hours a day, we do not undertake any obligation to do so, and we will not be liable to you if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Suspension of access : Reasons like constructions or maintenance of website may case interruption in services. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily at any time and without notice.

Security of Information : The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take the steps required by law to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk.


General : We collect your personal information once you get registered with Maduber, any material you post, upload or transmit or upload to the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting, uploading or transmitting any Visitor Material, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to such Visitor Material. You agree that we will have no obligations with respect to any Visitor Material, and that we and anyone we designate will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use any Visitor Material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied in it for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Visitor Material Policy : You are prohibited from posting, uploading or transmitting to or from the Website any Visitor Material (including any Reviews) that:

  • breaches any applicable local, national or international law;
  • is unlawful or fraudulent;
  • amounts to unauthorized advertising; or
  • Contains viruses or any other harmful programs.

Visitor Reviews Policy : In particular (but without limitation), any Reviews that you submit through the Website must not

  • infringe the intellectual property rights of another person;

10 Deletion of Customer Reviews

The prohibited acts, like use of strong language or other remarks that we or the restaurant would wind offending can be removed from the website. We reserve the right (but do not undertake, except as required by law, any obligation) to delete Customer Reviews.

Using Customer Reviews : The Reviews and other Visitor Material contained on the Website are for information purposes only and do not constitute advice from us. Reviews and Visitor Material reflect the opinions of customers who have ordered through the Website or other third parties, and any statements, advice or opinions provided by such persons are theirs only. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we assume no responsibility or liability to any person for any Reviews or other Visitor Material, including without limitation any mistakes, defamation, obscenity, omissions or falsehoods that you may encounter in any such materials.

We have not reviewed and do not control any of these third party websites (and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability). Website information : While we try to ensure that information on the Website is correct, we do not promise it is accurate or complete, an element of mistake could be there. From time to time we may keep making changes to the websites and its content or the Services, Products and prices described on it. We reserve the full right to do this at any time without notice. The material on the Website could be out of date, and we make no commitment to update that material.

Allergy, dietary and other menu information : We try to keep the information as accurate as possible but some information may be omitted, so if you have any special diet needs, then you should inform the restaurant directly in advance. Otherwise we or the restaurant will not be responsible for any reaction. If you are in doubt about allergy warnings, contents of a dish or any other Menu Information, you should confirm before ordering.

Restaurant actions and omissions : The legal contract for the supply and purchase of Products is between you and the Restaurant that you place your Order with. We only provide service to the restaurants and we do not command their services, pricing and sales strategies, so we have no control over the actions or omissions of any Restaurants. The customer shall bear all the losses caused by the Restaurant and by using the website:

  • We do not give any undertaking that the Products ordered from any Restaurant through the Website will be of satisfactory quality or suitable for your purpose and we disclaim any such warranties.
  • Estimated times for deliveries and collections are provided by the Restaurants and are only estimates. Neither we nor the Restaurants guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.
  • We encourage all our Restaurants to accept all Orders and to communicate any rejection promptly, and restaurant will notify you (generally by phone or through mobile app or website) as soon as possible, if a Restaurant rejects your Order. However, we do not guarantee that Restaurants will accept all Orders, and Restaurants have the discretion to reject Orders at any time because they are too busy, due to weather conditions or for any other reason.
  • The foregoing disclaimers do not affect your statutory rights against any Restaurant.


General : Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Website Terms affects your statutory rights.

Exclusion of liability : We will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the Service or the Website (including the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Service or the Website) for:

  • Any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; Loss or corruption of data, information or software;
  • Loss of business opportunity;
  • Loss of anticipated savings;
  • Loss of goodwill; or
  • Any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Loss or corruption of data, information or software;

Additional costs: If you incurred any cost other than the mentioned cost i.e. price, delivery etc., we are the restaurant will not be liable for that cost. We are not responsible for providing you any other services, than promised.

14 Cancelation of Membership :

Grounds for Cancelation : We and the restaurants have the absolute right to cancel your membership on the following grounds.

  • In case you have violated the terms of use of website i.e. official or personal use without permission of the owner.
  • You have posted Reviews that are inappropriate or offending to user or the restaurant.

Cancelation of Membership : Upon termination of your membership with us or with the restaurant you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the Website.


You must consider that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using the Website or ordering Products via the Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you on your cell phone, through our chat box or email, while some of the pieces of information may be displayed on the website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications would be mainly in electronic form.

16 External Environment Control :

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Website Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control i.e bad weather conditions, political unrest etc. Examples of event that we will consider as out of our control or external environmental elements are as follows:

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

17 Privacy Policy :

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data that we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18 Hardware requirements and system operator :

Our simple and user friendly solution requires minimal hardware i.e. a thermal printer, an internet modem, a tablet for Point of sale etc. We as Maduber Pvt. Ltd only provides the restaurants solutions and are not liable for providing the restaurant or its customers with any type of hardware, or training but on demand we may purchase the hardware and train people for restaurant with additional price charged according to the restaurant needs, but it is restricted to our convenience as well. We disclaim that we do not have any obligation towards the restaurants, customer or third parties to necessary provide this hardware or training.
